WHAT IS YOUR NEW PATIENT PROCEDURE?

New Patients are required to fill out necessary paperwork pertaining to their health and current issues before having a one on one consultation with the doctor. He will create a care plan specific to your needs based on your consultation and exam findings.

DO I NEED A DOCTOR’S REFERRAL?

You do not need a doctor's referral. All you need is an appointment and we would be happy to get you started with quality care!

WHAT TYPES OF HEALTH INSURANCE DO YOU ACCEPT?

We take most major medical insurances. We get your insurance verified at the first visit to check your coverage. If you don't have insurance, no problem! We have very affordable packages to ensure you receive the care you need!
